Important information about Random Hotline, submissions, rights handling and site standards.
The submission release is the rights step that allows Random Hotline to assess and potentially use a submission operationally.
A voice note alone is not enough. The release records who submitted the material, confirms adult status, captures rights affirmations, and stores a typed signature against a locked version of the release text.
It does not guarantee publication. It simply allows the material to move into the moderated/editorial workflow if it is otherwise suitable.
Random Hotline is built so the public route feels easy on the front end while the release, moderation and rights handling sit behind the scenes when needed.
