About Random Hotline

Important information about Random Hotline, submissions, rights handling and site standards.

Random Hotline is a moderated media brand built around voice-note storytelling. The project is designed to receive selected submissions through WhatsApp, route them through a formal release process, and only then move them into moderation, editorial review, packaging, publication, and later compilation use where appropriate.

What Random Hotline is not

It is not an open upload archive and it is not a promise that every submission will go live. Each submission is assessed against suitability, rights status, legal risk, editorial fit, and operational controls before any downstream use is considered.

What the platform is built to do

  • receive voice-note submissions through a single intake route
  • capture a valid, versioned, auditable release before editorial use
  • moderate and package the best material into clips, themed edits, and recurring compilations
  • preserve traceability from original submission to publication history
  • support disputes, takedowns, freezes, and governance overrides where needed

Editorial position

Random Hotline is intended to feel socially native and entertaining, but it is run with editorial control. Rights, moderation, and governance are not optional extras; they are part of the operating model.

STILL DECIDING?

Send the voice note first. We handle the formal bits after that.

Random Hotline is built so the public route feels easy on the front end while the release, moderation and rights handling sit behind the scenes when needed.
