PUBLIC INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

Important information about Random Hotline, submissions, rights handling and site standards.

This page explains, at a high level, how Random Hotline handles personal data submitted through the site, the release flow, and related support or rights-sensitive contact routes.

What we collect

  • contact details provided during the release flow or support forms
  • submission metadata such as WhatsApp number, message records, and related operational history
  • release-signature information and related audit records
  • governance records linked to disputes, takedowns, and contact messages

Why we collect it

The core reasons are to operate the submission and release process, maintain auditability, moderate material, manage editorial workflow, answer support or rights requests, and protect the platform where legal or governance issues arise.

Retention and operational records

Random Hotline keeps operational records where needed for audit, compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and platform governance. Removal from public view does not necessarily mean every internal operational record disappears immediately.

Your contact choices

If you need to raise a privacy or data-handling concern, use the Contact route or the Copyright / Takedown process where relevant.

STILL DECIDING?

Send the voice note first. We handle the formal bits after that.

Random Hotline is built so the public route feels easy on the front end while the release, moderation and rights handling sit behind the scenes when needed.
